Obituary of Dale Alexander Muzyka

Dale Alexander Muzyka, born on April 9, 1958, in McCreary, Manitoba, passed away peacefully on February 3, 2025, in Winnipeg, Manitoba after a courageous battle with cancer.  Dale will be deeply missed by his family and all who had the privilege of knowing him.

Dale will be remembered for his wittiness, charm, and charisma, along with his infectious laugh that could light up any room. His passion for playing outdoor sports, especially his love of hockey, was second to none. Whether he was on the ice or cheering from the stands, his love for the game was unwavering. In his later years, his love of sports never diminished, and he was often seen watching several games at once, flipping through the channels with a smile on his face.

His love for adventure and his personality touched the hearts of many. He had a way of making everyone around him feel special and valued. His presence brought joy and laughter, and his absence leaves a void that cannot be filled.

The family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to the staff of the Riverview Health Centre Palliative Care Program for enhancing Dale's quality of life in his final months. Their dedication and compassion made a profound difference, and they will always hold a special place in the family's hearts.

As per Dale's request, the interment of his ashes will be held later this year in Ear Falls. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made in Dale’s name to the Cancer Society or a charity of your choice. Your generosity will honor Dale's memory and contribute to causes that impact us all.

Dale's legacy will live on in the hearts of those who loved him. His spirit, kindness, and love for life will be cherished and remembered forever. He leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and cherished memories that will continue to inspire and uplift those who were fortunate enough to have known him.
