Adele Marie Nuytten, a beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, passed away on April 22, 2025, in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Born on November 11, 1948, in Moncton, New Brunswick, Adele's life was a testament to love, compassion, and unwavering dedication to her family and friends.

Adele's legacy is carried on by her loving children: son Roger (Cathy), daughter Lise (Barry), and Brian (Amanda); as well as her cherished grandsons Justin, Jeremy (Alexis), Zander, and Zaiden. She is also survived by her sister Helene, and numerous nieces and nephews. Adele was predeceased by her parents, Rene and Irene Mathieu, her husband Dennis, her sister Monique, and her brother Denis.

Throughout her life, Adele touched the hearts of many through her various roles in customer service and healthcare. Her final job as a support worker for Homecare allowed her to continue her passion for helping others. Adele's interests and passions were as diverse as they were deep-rooted. She found joy in spending time with her family and her beloved pets, and her love for her dogs inspired her to create beautiful dog clothes in her spare time. Her green thumb was evident in her meticulously tended flower gardens, and she shared her husband Dennis's passion for classic cars, often attending car shows with him. Adele's love for Bingo and her unwavering support for the Winnipeg Jets and Blue Bombers showcased her vibrant spirit and dedication to the things she loved.

Adele's kindness and generosity knew no bounds. She was always there for her family and friends, offering a giving heart and a helping hand whenever it was needed. Her presence in the lives of those who knew her was a source of comfort and joy, and her absence will be deeply felt.

The family would like to express their heartfelt gratitude to the dedicated care home staff who took care of Adele, especially during her last months at Holy Family Home (St. Nicholas Unit). Their compassion and support provided comfort during a difficult time.

A private family celebration of Adele's life will take place at a later date, as her loved ones come together to honour and remember the beautiful soul that she was.
