Obituary of Murray Richard Taylor

We lost a man who was a big part of our lives.  His name was Murray Richard Taylor and he passed away on May 11, 2025 at the age of 71 years.  He was in palliative care at the hospital when his cancer had other plans for him.

He grew up in a large family and enjoyed his life completely.  He was predeceased by his Mom and Dad; Joyce and James; his sisters Sheila and Cheryl; his brother Jim; and his brother-in-law Helmut.

He is survived by his estranged wife, Linda; Lori (Jim’s wife) and Ray (Sheila’s husband); numerous nieces and nephews; David, Barbara, Susan, Tricia, Krista, Jana, Cory and numerous friends.

Murray had many interests but some of his favorites were fishing, gardening, landscaping, music and celebrating life with his family and friends.

According to his wishes, he did not want a service, but he did want to be cremated and have his ashes spread over his favorite fishing spot.
