Obituary of Grace Ethel Brook

It is with sadness that the family of Grace Brook announce her passing at the age of 99.

She was predeceased by her husband Edgar; her daughter Kris; and her son David; her parents Percy and Edna Vint; her brothers Gordon and Thelma; Lyle and Thelma; Elwood and Ray; and her sister Joyce.

She is survived by her daughter Karen and her son Jeff; her son-in-law Daryl and her daughter-in- law Liz; her grandchildren Marcy, Kelly, Jeremy (Nadine), Tina (Lloyd), John (Cheryl), Sheri, Jordan, Korey (Halle), Amber and JT; great grandchildren; nieces and nephews; and great nieces and great nephews.

Grace will be missed for her ready wit; her love of baking; her love of horses; and her great love of family and friends.

Grace has a strong hope in the new world promised in the Bible, having been baptized as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses.

She spoke fondly of that hope until just before her death, and we’re grateful that it never wavered. We look forward to seeing her beautiful smile and sharing a laugh with her again very soon.
