Obituary of Kenneth Michael Trayturik

Kenneth passed away at the age of 77 years on September 9, 2024 at St. Boniface Hospital. 

He will be greatly missed by his loving wife Joanne (nee:  Saydak) of 42 years.

Ken began his Power Engineering career working at the old Victoria Hospital for several years.  He then moved on to work at the University of Manitoba for 15 years.

Ken was an accomplished multi-instrumentalist who greatly enjoyed playing classic country and folk songs.  He was very proud of his collection of musical instruments.

The family would like to thank the dedicated staff at St. Boniface Hospital for their care and compassion during Ken’s final journey.

As per Ken’s wishes, cremation has taken place.

A private family gathering will take place at a later date.
