Obituary of Renate Franciska Rudolph

It is with extreme sadness we announce the peaceful passing of our beautiful mother, grandmother, aunt, and sister on November 4, 2024, at the Riverview Health Centre.

Left to mourn her passing, her daughter Annette, son-in-law Mike, her cherished grandsons, Steven and Jordan who meant the world to her, her brother Alfred, and all her nieces and nephews.

Mom was predeceased by her husband Dieter, sisters, Erna and Erika, parents, Franciska and Rudolph, and twin brother Richard.

Mom started her career when she was 17 years old as a hairdresser. She retired at the age of 68. She had the knack of making people feel beautiful and made many friends throughout her career.

As per Mom's wishes there will be no funeral service but rather a gathering of close family and friends. She loved music and we will toast her with a shot of brandy!

The family wishes to thank the staff of Riverview Health Centre, Palliative Care, 3 East for their care and compassion during this time.

Also, special thanks to Dr. Brian Sharkey for his exceptional care of Mom over the years.
