John was my friend , my mentor and my go to person. For the 30 plus years I've known him he has always been humble and kind to all.his profound love for his family was something I cherished watching.i will always miss your jokes ribs and laugh but most of all our talks ,To have John as a friend you had a friend for life and where richer for it.John helped me in my darkest times after my injury his encouragment to keep me moving forward to live and love life.He was always in my corner and for that I'm truely grateful the good lord blessed me when he put John Sawyers in my life, fly high my friend this is not good bye but see ya later...lv ya
