I worked with Conchita for many years at West Park Manor. She was a wonderful nurse, kind compassionate dedicated professional. More importantly she was a friend with a loving gentle heart Always there with open arms when ever someone needed her. I will be forever grateful for the kindness and love she extended to me and my children. Her smile lit up the room and the warmth in her eyes was heart warming. Rest In Peace Conchita. ❤️
