Obituary of Linda Mary May Mills

Linda Mills, born May 9, 1949, peacefully passed away on March 2, 2021 at the age of 71 years. Linda devoted her life to caring for others. She raised two sons, cared for both her parents, four grandchildren, and many others during her time as a respite worker and as a volunteer with the Winnipeg Harvest food bank. Linda was predeceased by her parents Jack and Louise Mills and her brother Robert Mills. Linda will be missed and forever remembered by her children Derek (Rita) Mills and George (Casey Wall) Mills; grandchildren Asia, Delaney, Cadence and Jacob; Brother Jack (Pauline) Mills; sister Louise (Price) Morris (Ontario); as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. The family wishes to extend a heartfelt thanks to Extendicare Oakview Place for the care and support given to Linda as well as the doctors and nurses at Cancer Care Manitoba. A memorial service will not be held at this time due to Provincial restrictions on gatherings. However, celebration of life will be held at a future date.
