I am so sorry to hear of Marita's passing. I worked with her at St. Amant. She was always talking about her parents, her children & grandkids. She loved them dearly! We had many laughs together! Rest in peace, my friend

Deepest sympathies for this wonderful woman. “Omi” Was one of those very loving and caring people. She excepted my family as her family. What a fun loving woman this was. She will be missed in more ways than one. She explained to me about the “crow“ and I appreciate them more than I use to!
Love to you all

I am truly sorry for your loss. Marita was a beautiful person inside and out. I will always remember our times working together at St Amant. I am so happy to have known her, she was always so very kind and would light up a room, with her stories and laughter. You will be missed so very much my dear friend ♥️

“My wife and I want to convey our sincere condolences to Marita’s family. We are grateful that our lives crossed at St. Amant. Some people are said to be “bigger than life”. Marita truly embraced that moniker. I will always remember her big smile. We consider ourselves forever in debt to Marita as she was the one who brought my wife and I together. I know how lucky we were to be in the presence of her many stories. So colourful and filled with joy! I think what made the stories so special was that they were mostly self-debrecating. When one is so secure in themselves that they can make people laugh at their shortcomings in life; that is a gift to the world! Marita knew that by sharing her “bigger than life” she could bring laughter to the world around her. Our world is a little less colourful today.
Sincerely,
Michele and Grant Miyai
