So sorry to hear about Gordon’s passing. Karen, Debbie and I were not informed and unfortunately missed his celebration of life. We all have fond memories of Gordon.
He was such a great friend to mom and dad and I know that Dad will be very happy to see him again. Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time and hope fond memories of such a great husband and father will carry you through. Hugs to you and your family.

Gordon and Angus and their mom were an integral part of our years on the farm. Gordon always had a huge smile, a laugh and teased me as much as my brothers!
He was so fearless flying above the snowmobile or the boat. It always seemed that everything was fun when he was doing it!
I'm thinking of you all at this difficult time.

Bev and I would like to send our sincere condolences to the family, it always seems that we always find reasons for not paying attention to those who need us most, we will miss Gord on our unprompted drop in visits and will try to make them more often. We are in Ontario and will not make it to the service Again we are sorry for your loss.

I just want to say goodbye to my longest lifetime friend, of over 70 years. R.I.P buddy! You lived a life to be proud of! From Heaven, you now have a V.I.P seat to all the Bomber games. Condolences to Marleen, Heather, and Brian!

I had the pleasure of meeting Gordon at a Bomber game. He was a true blue supporter of the Blue & Gold. Gordon often talked about his family and how close they were. He was truly blessed and will be missed by many who knew him. My condolences to all the family.

My family and I have been blessed with the pleasure of knowing Gordon and sharing some great times together. He was a kind and passionate man, that would drop everything to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. He lived his life to the fullest and enjoyed listening to our "funny little stories" while never casting judgement. He marched through life with a skip in each step and joy in his heart. Gordon has left a massive imprint on everyone that has had the privilege to meet him and he will sadly be missed, and will always be in our hearts. This is not goodbye my friend this is until we meet again.

Marleen, Heather and Brian and MANY, MANY 2 and 4-legged critters/children both inside and outside, Please know that we are here for you ANYTIME!!
I-Dianne, met Gordon back in 1985 when we met them at Grapes on Kenaston for a lovely brunch. I-Dianne grew up with Marleen in Brooklands and I have known Marleen for about 58 years and we have NEVER ever had an argument or cross words. Gordon was so good for Marleen as a life-time partner as he was quite quiet, reserved and spoke with a soft, caring voice and loved to just sit there and listen while Marleen and I talked.
It is still so unbelievable to know that he was CALLED HOME at such an early age and his family will mourn for quite some time for the loss.
He loved to be outside with Spot, who was called home earlier this year, and to just sit on his Bombers bench and watch nature at its finest.
We ask that God Blesses him on his transition to his eternal home and we also pray that Marleen, Heather and Brian can get through this terrible time, to, later down the road, remember the many, many great times they had with him.
GORDON, we love you and will miss you terribly and going to the Coulter Zoo==as I called their farm, will not be the same. R.I.P. Sweet Gordon, as you richly deserve this time with no pain or suffering to be with your parents and brothers... Until we meet again, we will look forward to that day when we do see you again--hopefully, many years down the road... XO XO XO XO
