Obituary of Kenneth George Furber

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Ken Furber. He will be forever loved and missed by his sister Jean Poole; brothers Bill (Patti) and Len; stepmom Pat; aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews; and so many of his friends. He was predeceased by his common law wife Pamela Morgana Jane; father William Ralph; and mother and stepdad Dave and Bernice Cuninghame. We are heart broken and yet we are grateful for the memories we have made and the time that we had together. For the last 19 years, he worked hard as a mechanic at Canada Cartage, his work ethic unmatched. He enjoyed sharing his knowledge with those who worked alongside him. Ken was a great man who loved to tell stories and we enjoyed every one of them. As per Ken’s request, cremation has taken place and there will be no formal service. Interment will take place at a later date.
