Obituary of James Malcolm Campbell
Peacefully, on January 25, 2023, James Malcolm Campbell passed away at home with family by his side.
He was predeceased by his wife of 43 years, Carol Grace (Templeton) Campbell, in August 2022; as well as his brother Bruce; and sister-in-law Leslie.
Jim is survived by his siblings Calvin (Jean), Byron (Eileen), Ross (Judy) and Carolyn Cardiff (Randy).
Jim was born to Duncan and Kathleen (Anderson) Campbell and grew up on the family farm at Cater, Manitoba. He attended Clinton School, Brandon Collegiate and graduated from the University of Manitoba Faculty of Agriculture. He was employed by the federal government for 37 years. Jim was an avid hunter and outdoorsman.
In accordance with Jim’s wishes, cremation has taken place and an interment will take place at a later date at the Basswood Cemetery, Basswood, Manitoba.
