I met Archie at Pine Ridge Golf Club, he was a great teammate in our annual Ridger Cup event and also my Men’s League partner. While we may never have won the men’s league competition his beloved Euro’s were fortunate enough to win The Ridger Cup this past season and our Archie was winning captain! The friendships we formed will be with me forever. Rest well old friend and I will see you when I get there.
Archie and my brother Doug and Brian Cadle grew up together in East Elmwood. Too many stories to share , I am sure.
When I moved back to Winnipeg in 1993, I bumped into Arch at a trade show and it changed my life. Archie took me under his wing and introduced me to the H&H group. Life was never the same. Thanks for everything Archie. You were truly a good friend and "Elmwood Boy"

Archie and Bob were childhood friends (Grand Beach) and enjoyed many sports and social activities together over the years. I joined the fold over thirty-five years ago and will cherish every memory Bob, Archie, Laurie and I made over the years. May you rest in peace Archie and drop me a Penny once in a while. I pray he and Bob are able to make some new memories up in heaven. I love and will miss you terribly Archie.
