On behalf of Atlas Polar I extend our sincere condolences to Scott's family and other friends.
I had the pleasure of spending time with Scott on several business trips to Winnipeg and on his visits to Toronto. I looked forward to my time with Scott, always engaging and funny.
Scott was astute and fair in our dealings and was always a favorite here for a late afternoon game of cribbage with our president Bob Parr, who equally enjoyed the fun of the games.

Scotty, Scotty to Hottie. That was you on Drobot Place. Still reeling with this loss, but forever grateful to have ever met you. First person we ever met on Drobot was you & Danny. Training him on a bicycle. We have had many things in life that we related to over the years. Will never forget your awesome BBQ skills that Jackie taught you, the so so fun times playing Tens & Cross Crib. You were the best player that played dumb, but kicked us girls many times. Loved the golfing with you. So happy we were able to go to Sas with you & Jackie. Most favorite trip with you. We miss you dearly Scott & all the time, conversations, etc. together. Life is not the same without you in it. We pray your in a better place. Rest easy our dear friend. All our love, Dave, Darlene, Chelsey & Mikayla Lupyrypa. XO XO. You will never be forgotten & always loved unconditionally.

We will always cherish our time together with Scotty, Jackie and Danny - golfing, fishing, Maui happy hours, endless fun and many stories from the best storyteller of all time. Scotty was an astute businessman who was always very fair to deal with and treated you with great respect. He was a very generous, kind soul who made us all laugh and we all became better persons for having known him. Scotty - you will be so missed. Much love to you, Jackie and Danny..

My condolences to you. I thought I'd share a memory from Elementary school showing Scott's character way back then.
I had just returned to school after an appendectomy (over Christmas!), and I had gotten into an argument with someone (not unusual as I was a loudmouth). The guy punched me in the gut. Scott and his brother saw this, came over immediately and gave the guy a talking to - they stood up for me. We were not friends, only classmates. We didn't have much in common. This act of community, to come over and preventing the incident from escallating (which would have been my fault!) sticks with me. Wonderful character even as a boy. The world is poorer with his loss.

So sorry to hear of Scotty’s passing. My condolences to Jackie, Danny and Russ. You guys have been out of my sight for awhile, but have never been far off my mind. I think of you often and fondly. So many wonderful memories of curling, pool and pool days, shobbies and just hanging out with friends. And yes, no one told a story the way that Scotty did, and he was part of a lot of stories. I miss the old days a lot. Scotty will always be remembered for who he was, a friend. I will miss you, but never forget. God Bless.
