Shocked and saddened to hear of Jackie's passing. I worked with Jackie at UGG/Agricore and she was a very kind person who was always willing to help anyone. Jackie was there when I started and she was involved in training me and the memories of her are good ones. Please accept my deepest condolences.

Thinking of the Le Claire/Bouchard families today as we get ready to celebrate the life of our beautiful friend Jackie ❤️
Jackie was so full of life, She was caring and kind, always a hello with a hug and a goodbye with “I love you”.
My heart is so sad we had to say goodbye so soon.
I loved our times singing and dancing and laughing.
That will be my memory of the wonderful times we spent together.
Jackie left behind a legacy of love that will also be remembered.
RIP Jackie, I love you.

I don't think I have truly understood yet how much I will miss Jackie. Jackie was always ready to help at work - no matter what was going on that day. She was always patient and kind and treated everyone with respect. I will miss our work/family talks and enjoying a good laugh when someone at work mixed us up. I will so so miss getting her emails and then having her forward emails to me "here's another one for you, Jack". Not only did we share names but August birthdays....I will always celebrate her. My heart goes out to her family and friends and the IT Department at SH (former AFM). Rest in Peace xoxoxoxo

I echo what so many have said already. Jackie was a wonderful AFM colleague and a good human being. I loved hearing her tell stories of growing up in the west end. When providing tech support she did it with humility, heart, and humour. She will be missed.

Sending many condolences to Jackie's family and friends. I was so lucky to have worked with Jackie at AFM for six years. My office was beside her's and we had so many great chats and laughs. As many have said she was always so helpful and kind. She and I had such fun at times and she really welcomed me as an honorary IT member when I would help out. She always took joy in gathering and helping to organize a potluck or annual holiday lunch. When I left AFM to take another job she made sure to keep in touch and check on me to see how my new job was treating me. I missed working with her very much and she made it known I was also missed. I am very sad were not able to meet up after she got ill. I will cherish the memories and miss her dearly!

Dear Dale and family,
I was very sad to hear about Jackie's passing. I got to know Jackie at AFM during her many years as part of the IT team. I loved hearing her voice when she answered the IT Helpline number -- she always took a minute to chat and went out of her way to solve whatever problem I (or anyone) had. She was a very kind person and an all around good human being. She will be missed by everyone. I'm thinking about you all and sending my condolences.

Dear Dale and Family, words will never express the loss you and your family are feeling, Jackie was an AWESOME co-worker (AFM) and a VERY DEAR and SPECIAL FRIEND. We shared many life experiences during our lunch breaks, walking to the store or on our smoke breaks, she was always very suppotive and loving and willing to listen. My heart will be forever broken as Jackie was my ANGEL on earth. She will be forever missed. You are all in my thoughts and prayers during your time of sorrow.

Jocelyn and family, I am so heartbroken to hear of the loss of your mom. Your mom was a great co worker and friend at AFM. We had lots of laughs at lunch hours during our time at AFM. She stayed in touch by phone when I retired and moved to Calgary.
I will always remember her kindness and smile.
I am sorry I will not be able to make her celebration of life, but will be thinking of you and your family with a heavy heart.
Hugs Karen Fletcher - Calgary

So many people have been touched by Jackie’s professional competence, and even more by her genuine caring and compassion. I can’t count the times she instantly responded to a last minute emergency, enabling a meeting, class, workshop or conference to proceed. Her calm and caring proficiency was always accompanied by a smile - stress and anxiety dropped as soon as she entered the room. It was evident how much Jackie cared about her colleagues’ success. Jackie’s care and compassion extended beyond AFM to the broader community through her tireless efforts with the United Way/All Charities Campaign committee. I offer my deepest sympathy to her family. She will be greatly missed.

Jackie was my go to IT person at AFM. Always more than willing to go the extra mile to help find a solution, was always so patient with me (as anything IT related was way over my head) and she always helped with such kindness. She will be missed. My thoughts are with the family at this time. Hoping happy memories ease the pain of your loss. ~Nikki Humenchuk

I was beyond blessed to choose my home on Sherburn to live across the lane from Jackie, Dale, Ryan and Jocelyn. Jackie became an immediate friend and “go to” both for IT support at AFM but most importantly in helping me live easy in my new home, watching it when I went away and coordinating to make sure my yard was cared for by Dale and Jocelyn. Many laughs and beers were shared around a spontaneous fire in my backyard. Although a move to California put a lot of distance between us Jackie was often on my mind and when I think of people I am grateful for in my life she is way up that list! She would know what I needed without asking and the world was a better place with her in it! Sending love to her family during this difficult time. Nicole Laping (now Acedo) in San Diego, CA.
