Obituary of Tony Huskins

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Tony after a short battle with cancer. 

Tony passed peacefully surrounded by family and friends at Seven Oaks Hospital on November 23, 2023 at the age of 73.

He is lovingly remembered by his wife, Shannon; his daughter Madison (Daniel); and his two grandchildren, Riley and Owen. 

Tony was born on November 27, 1949 in Yarmouth, Nova Scotia to Cecil and Emma. He moved to Winnipeg for work in 1974 where he began working at Russel Metals and he retired from there in 2015. 

Tony loved all things sports and would frequently dedicate his Sunday’s to sports. He enjoyed spending time with his family and his greatest pride and joy - his daughter and grandsons.
