Obituary of Alan Scott Hermanson

I share the sad news of the passing of our beloved Allan / Hermie / Hunter.

Allan’s childhood buddies have been inviting Allan to join them.  Allan has decided it was time to accept their invite.  The trio of ALLAN-COLIN-KEN is back at large.

Allan’s wishes include to have his remains placed near his grandparents in Smeaton, SK.  That will be in the spring/summer of 2024.  Allan was an Albertan transplant while being a Saskatchewan boy at heart.

A Celebration of Life come-and-go event is being planned.  Location and date to be confirmed in January.  The current goal is for mid-to-late January 2024. Please revisit this obituary in the new year for further details.

Allan’s presence is being missed by many. Thank you to all acquaintances, family and automotive family for the condolences and offers of support.  We look forward to your shares and the opportunity to laugh.

We celebrate this one-of-a-kind man and immediate family includes:        

• Sisters Kim and Krista, and step-father Phil (AB)
• Aunt Shelly (SK)
• Cousins Douglas, Steven, Lisa, Carlane, Jared and Lacey (AB, ON, SK)
• Son Michael along with his parents Jim and Evelyn (AB)
• #1 + #2 Supporters Margaret, Dave and Michelle (MB), and Nadia, Mitch, Geena and Ross (BC)
• Plus nephews, niece, second cousins and grandchildren  

Hermie – your prison walls are no longer a barrier.  

Show those boys how it’s done.
