Obituary of Jason Johnny Kaschor (Stadnyk)

I don't know how to say it, the words don't come out right.

But we're sure you came to wave goodbye as darkness turned to light.

You're in good hands with loved ones passed, who'll guide you on your way

To peace and love that never ends, and pain is far away.

Baba and Gigi, your pup Xena too, were all there together to carry you through.

A void is left without you here, but in our hearts you'll stay.

For we can't forget that great big grin and piercing eyes so grey.

We love and miss you so much Jay, things just don't feel right.

Until we meet again someday when our darkness turns to light.

C. Askey

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Jason (Stadnyk) Kaschor on January 4, 2024 at the young age of 53.

Jason is survived by his parents Don and Marcia Stadnyk; sister Carlyne Askey (Darren); auntie Vickie; cousins Andrew and JoVi; uncle Wally and Joan; cousins Anthony and Kim; and doting dog dad to Xena and Chewy.

Jason is predeceased by his grandparents Walter and Cecile Kaschor, Michael Stadnyk, Uncle John Gelder and pup Xena.

The family would like to thank his good friends Dennis, Randy, Emery and Bea for their help over the past ten years, and his Crystal Coffee friends. What a great group!

We would also like to thank the staff at Brandon General Hospital for their care, kindness, and support over the past few years.

Jay, you will be loved and missed always.

Interment to follow in the spring, where Jason will join his grandparents in Brandon.
