Obituary of Mirana Katharina Haub

Mirara Haub a beloved Resident of Vita, MB bid farewell to this world guided by her daughter Sarah on January 12/2024 at the age of 71. Mirana was born in Worms, Germany, on October 28th, 1952. Mirana made her way to Canada on July 29th, 1975 with her then-husband Herbert Haub, They had five beautiful children together. Mirana also found a friendship with her sister-in-law Doris, and they became lifetime best friends, enjoying many cherished adventures and memories made together in Canada.

Mirana started working as a security guard and made many friendships on the way, you could also find Mirana once a week wrestling at the Elmwood community center.

Mirana was a cherished member of the community, known for her warmth, kindness, and unwavering spirit. She will be remembered for her inherent love for her crafts, German movies, artwork, children, and grandchildren. They were the center of her world, and she cherished every moment spent with them. Mirana's dedication to her children and grandchildren was unparalleled, and she showered them with love, support, and guidance throughout their lives.

She leaves behind her children Debby (Robert), Mandy, Timo (Danielle), and Tessa (Lauren); grandchildren Ty, Sydney, Brock, Mateao, Paetyn, Emma, Ariawnna, Nova, Jameson, Freyja, and Harper; great-grandchildren Liara, Tate, and Crew; and her beloved cats, Demina, and Eleano, all of whom she cherished very much. 

Mirana's presence brightened the lives of those around her and her absence leaves an indescribable void. Her legacy of spreading love and laughter will forever be etched in the hearts of those who had the privilege of knowing her.

Miranas service will be held at the Winakwa Community Centre 980 Winakwa Rd, Winnipeg MB R2J 1E7 on Sunday February 25, at 2:30pm
