Obituary of Danalynn Alexander
Danalynn Alexander, beloved mother, and grandmother, passed away on April 4, 2024, in her hometown of Winnipeg after a short battle with cancer.
She was predeceased by her husband Bruce; sister Dale; and Brother David.
She was born on July 6, 1951, and leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and cherished memories.
Danalynn will be lovingly remembered by her sons Blair (Anne); and Jason; granddaughter Hailee; extended grandchildren Jylee, Emilee and Bentlee; numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, extended family and dear friends. Her granddaughter, Hailee, held a special place in her heart, and the time they spent together was filled with endless love and laughter.
In addition to her devotion to her family, Danalynn had a passion for travel, gardening, country music, and attending family gatherings. Family gatherings were a cherished tradition, and Danalynn's warmth and hospitality made every occasion unforgettable. Her love for the yearly cousins' dinners brought the family together and created lasting memories that will be treasured forever.
Danalynn's passing leaves a void in the lives of all who knew her, but her spirit will live on in the hearts of those she loved. Her legacy of love, compassion, and joy will continue to inspire and guide her family through the years to come.
Danalynn will be deeply missed, but her love and light will continue to shine brightly in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to know her. May she rest in eternal peace, surrounded by the love and warmth that she brought to the world.
