At this time it is so hard to express our feelings. We loved our big guy so much. We were lucky to have him in Ottawa for one season. We enjoyed every game. I loved that people thought Chad was my son. I let them know I was his Auntie. He will forever be in our Hearts. Meagan, he loved you dearly, anytime You are in Ottawa , we are here for you. Charlie and Dianna our hearts are heavy for you. My sweet Kristina and Jessie, he was our rock. Hang on to all our great memories. He is safe in Gods arms. Sorry we can’t be there , but our prayers are with you.

I am sending my deepest condolences to Meagan and all of Chad's family. I had the pleasure of meeting Chad at my workplace last summer. He was truly kind and genuine. I will never forget his contagious smile and his love for the game of basketball.
