To Iris's family . . . so very sorry to hear about Iris passing away. I had the privilege of meeting her as she was a friend of Harry and used to visit him along with Bonnie and friends who worked at Middle Church Home. Iris was extremely kind, gentle and very gracious to all. I truly admired her. Former comments about her being an 'angel' are so true, I feel privileged to have met her.

It is with great sadness that we read about the passing of Iris Senebald. She was a wonderful lady.
We got to know Iris through Southdale hockey back in the late 80's and found her to be a warm
and caring person. She never had a bad word to say about anyone.
Although we'd lost touch with her over the years, our recollections of our fun times together are quite vivid... she will be missed, without a doubt.
God bless Iris' family and friends in their time of sorrow and may great memories of her warm their hearts every day.

I’m so sad to hear of Iris’ passing. Her presence truly made our world a better place, and I will always be grateful for the impact she had on my grandma’s life.
My grandma was a longtime resident of Middlechurch and got her hair done every week. Iris went above and beyond for her (and all of her clients I’m sure) and was always advocating for and supporting my grandma. They’d have good laughs and good conversations. When there was so little my grandma could control in her life, having a good friend and a good perm was a real treat. I have many memories of sitting in the salon while my grandma got her hair done and chatting with Iris about life. Iris had a heart of gold and was the type of person who left people better than they came.
My deepest condolences to her family and all those who love her.
