To the family with my condolences . I was an Appraisal/Acquisition Officer with the province between 1970 and 2000. Thus did a lot of appraisals/ acquisition of property for the Dept of Hwys in those years , particularly in the Steinbach district. He was always open and willing to discuss difficult situations which could arise as acquiring property for Hwys. reconstruction or new construction at times involved complex properties, , such as homes, business 's .and could be difficult .. etc. He was a good guy to work with and for....He will be missed by all his family , friends and former co workers..
