Dear Janina, Amelia, Amaya, Donna, Darcy and Jess,
On behalf of Bev, Quinn, Silas, Nathanael and myself please know that we share in your brokenness the loss of Brett. When I tell the story of this tragedy with friends who didn’t know him I called Brett “a rising star“ among those who knew him. Through the loving nurture of his mother Donna and the support of his dear brother Darcy he rose above his adversity to be the man loved by so many. He leaves behind a legacy of hope which he aspired to through generosity, kindness and hard work. May his memory be eternal…

Brett, you will be so, so missed. Always full of life and cheer at every family gathering and your big hugs full of love. We lived with the Donna and the boys when I was a teen and I loved having little brothers. They made our house fun and very interesting, mostly just full of laughs. Brett had this weird ability to focus intensely on the TV when he watched and it was like nothing else existed. We'd wave our hands in front of him and he still wouldn't look away. I think this intense focus is what helped him build the business with Darc and then his dream life with Janina and the girls. We love you Brett!
We hope to do a little to help the girls and Janina's future. If you can spare anything to help them, every cent of this fund will go to them: ♡
